It is about a mile and a half walk to Salisbury Beach where there are restaurants shops, nightlife etc. price is roughly the same as what you find in Hampton Beach but considering there is nothing near it I would say it's slightly overpriced. The women that run in are very nice and keep it clean it is also a safe place to be so for that it is worth the extra money. A mile and a half isn't so bad after all to get to a gorgeous beach. And the other direction there is a Chinese restaurant that I believe you can get a drink at while waiting for food, as well as a CVS, dunkin' donuts.and possibly a pizza shop. So it is certainly feasible if you're staying there for a while. There is also a liquor store directly to the left of the hotel that also sells some snacks. 5 miles from HB.
We were nervous about getting a room because were used to our camper...however..circumstances led us to this motel...the woman in the office was terrific on the phone last week...she checked us in and was super...our room was very clean...green..my fav color...and we had a great experience....we would go there again if it came to that.....thank you for a pleasant time
Cozy clean and quiet very nice room very nice accommodations. my only problem was with the DirectTV which I cannot say I am a very big fan of back to dealing with trying to figure out how to work the darn thing. Lol.
Nice guy who manages the place . Over the past year or so improvements have been made to the rooms . Inexpensive, comfortable, and located close to the state park and beach

The two female managers,they run a nice place to stay. One thing that stands out to me is the meticulous maintained grounds. And decour always in sync with holidays.what a breath of fresh air these two bring to this establishment.14 quaint rooms delight this adress..i will come back yearly,what a memorable visit.The " The hungry traveler" restaurant is within a 1/4 mile from motel..5 star restaurant in my mind..you decide..food is top notch. Have some leftover to take home...Cheers!
This place was charming and owner was very nice. I was hesitant with some of the low reviews but must have been made from competitors or clowns. My only complaint is the showers had really low water pressure and the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold it took a bit to find the sweet spot. Rooms were clean and tidy. For a motel it has a home like feel. We will be back!
The man that owns this hotel is very nice. For what we paid for the night we got a great little room within a short walk of Salisbury Beach. It smelled a little bit of smoke, but it was not bad, and we had been warned about this in advance. I would stay at this location again to visit Salisbury Beach and go to Adam Ezra’s “The Ramble” concert! (note-it's not a "Hilton" property lol.)
